Winspirit Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Winspirit Casino ("Winspirit", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of winspirit2026.com, our mobile applications, and any product or service we provide. By registering an account, depositing funds, or wagering, you accept these Terms in full.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not register and do not use the services. We may amend these Terms from time to time; material changes are notified to active account holders by email 14 days before they take effect.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend your account until proof is provided.
1.2 You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
1.3 You must not be a resident of, or accessing the services from, any of the following restricted jurisdictions: the United States of America and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Israel, Singapore, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and any country subject to international sanctions. We also do not accept registrations from staff of Winspirit, its affiliates, or their immediate family members.
1.4 You confirm that depositing for online casino play is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
2. Account Registration
2.1 One account per person, per household, per IP address, per device fingerprint, per payment instrument. Duplicate accounts will be closed, with any winnings on duplicate accounts forfeited. Original deposits are returnable on request.
2.2 You must provide truthful, current and complete information at registration. You are responsible for keeping your contact and identity details up to date in Account → Personal Details.
2.3 You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You authorise us to act on any instructions received from a session authenticated with your credentials.
2.4 We may decline a registration at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: an identity check fails, an address is associated with a closed account, an IP is associated with abusive activity, or the registration appears automated.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
3.1 We are required by anti-money-laundering law to verify your identity, age and source of funds. We will request: a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address dated within 90 days, and, for cumulative withdrawals above AU$5,000, evidence of source of funds.
3.2 We may request verification at any time. Until verification is complete, deposits may be processed, but withdrawals are held.
3.3 If we cannot satisfactorily complete verification within 30 calendar days of request, we may close your account and return any unwagered deposit balance to its source, less any reasonable costs incurred.
4. Deposits
4.1 Minimum deposits, methods, fees and processing times are published on the Banking & Payments page. We do not charge deposit fees at our end; your payment provider may.
4.2 Deposits must be made from a payment instrument in your name. Third-party deposits will be refused and may trigger account suspension.
4.3 All deposits are denominated in Australian Dollars (AU$) unless paid via cryptocurrency, which is converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
4.4 We treat deposits as final once funds clear. Reversing a deposit by chargeback after wagering or withdrawal will be treated as fraud (see clause 11).
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum withdrawal: AU$50 (or crypto equivalent). Withdrawals must be made to a method you have previously deposited from, in your own name. Where this is not possible, we will require additional documentation.
5.2 We process the majority of withdrawals within the bands published on the Banking & Payments page. We do not guarantee specific timeframes; bank and rail processing is outside our direct control.
5.3 Withdrawals remain in a pending state for up to 60 minutes after submission, during which you may cancel and return funds to your balance. After that window, the withdrawal proceeds and cannot be reversed.
5.4 We reserve the right to split large withdrawals across multiple instalments where required by payment processors or AML procedures, capped at the limits published on Banking & Payments.
5.5 Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) with a balance under AU$50 may be subject to a dormancy fee of AU$5 per month, capped at the account balance.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Bonus offers are subject to specific terms published on the Bonuses & Promotions page and on each promotional landing page. The full bonus terms apply in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering: bonus credit must be wagered the multiple specified in the offer (typically 40× the bonus amount) before bonus funds and winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
6.3 Maximum bet while wagering: while a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is AU$5 unless a higher cap is stated in the offer. Exceeding the cap forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play.
6.4 Game weighting: only listed game categories contribute to wagering. The weighting table on the Bonuses & Promotions page is binding.
6.5 Bonus stacking: only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a second bonus while another is in wagering will queue the second one; it will activate automatically once the first is cleared or expired.
6.6 Bonus abuse: irregular play patterns that we determine, in good faith, are designed to exploit a bonus rather than play it (including but not limited to low-risk hedging, betting on near-100%-RTP positions, or coordinated multi-account play) will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
6.7 Expiry: unless otherwise stated, a bonus must be wagered within 30 days of activation. Unwagered balance expires at the end of that window.
7. Wagering and Game Rules
7.1 All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer mechanics. Outcomes are final once a round completes server-side.
7.2 In the event of a network or device interruption mid-round, the outcome is resolved server-side and credited to your account on reconnection. No spin is voided due to client-side disconnection.
7.3 Game rules, paytables and theoretical RTPs are available within each game's help screen and reflect the configuration we have certified.
7.4 We reserve the right to void plays affected by a confirmed software malfunction. Malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
8. Inactive Accounts and Closure
8.1 You may close your account at any time via Account → Close Account or by emailing [email protected]. We will return any unwagered deposit balance via the original method, subject to verification.
8.2 We may close or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, AML concerns, or court orders. Where closure follows breach, forfeitable amounts are limited to bonus credit and winnings derived from breach.
8.3 Self-exclusion is governed by the Responsible Gambling page and is irrevocable for the chosen period.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on winspirit2026.com — design, code, copy, graphics, trademarks — is owned by Winspirit or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercialise it without written permission.
10. Responsible Gambling
10.1 You confirm that you gamble for entertainment and within your means.
10.2 You may set deposit, loss, wager, session-time limits or self-exclude at any time. Tools and AU support contacts are listed on the Responsible Gambling page.
11. Fraud, Chargebacks and AML
11.1 We have a zero-tolerance approach to fraud. Suspected fraud may result in account suspension pending investigation.
11.2 Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback on a settled deposit without prior contact with our payments team will result in immediate account suspension. Outstanding balances become payable to Winspirit; we reserve the right to refer the matter to a collections agency. We will only consider a chargeback dispute if raised within 30 days of the original deposit and only after our internal dispute process has been attempted.
11.3 We comply with all lawful requests from regulators, financial intelligence units and law enforcement. We will report suspicious transactions as required by AML/CTF law.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 We provide the services on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12.2 Our liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the services is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arose.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
13.1 In the event of a dispute, contact [email protected]. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days.
13.2 If unresolved internally, you may escalate to the Curacao Gaming Control Board, whose contact details are linked from our licence seal.
13.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable consumer protections available to you under Australian law.
14. Severability and Whole Agreement
14.1 If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force.
14.2 These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and the Bonuses & Promotions page) constitute the entire agreement between you and Winspirit.
